Trojan Men’s Basketball standout, Dirk Snel recently signed his National Letter of Intent to play Men’s Basketball at Hawaii Hilo for the 2010-2011 season.

Dirk graduated from Cascade High School in 2007 and played his freshman year for the Trojans in 2007-08 and then returned for his sophomore year this past season.

In his sophomore season, Dirk lead the Trojans in points, rebounds, assists, and steals.  He also was named to the Northern Region All-Star 2nd Team and participated on the Northern Region Sophomore Team.  He had the team’s third highest 3-point percentage and the second highest free throw percentage.  Dirk held the 2009-2010 NWAACC third highest scoring average with  25.4 ppg.
