Coaches vs Cancer Suits & Sneakers – Did you know that at least one-third of cancer deaths could be avoided with a healthy diet and regular exercise? At Wednesday 1/27/10, home Basketball Games, Everett CC and the Trojans will be asking for donations from everyone that comes to the game in support of The American Cancer Society.

Coaches vs. Cancer is a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) that empowers basketball coaches, their teams, and communities to join the fight against cancer. Since the program’s inception in 1993, high school and college basketball coaches across the United States have joined the team to support the Society’s efforts to save lives and create a world with more birthdays. They encourage baskeball coaches and their staff to wear white tennis shoes with their game suits to show support for the Coaches vs. Cancer program. Suits and Sneakers will unite coaches from across the country in the common effort to raise awareness for the fight to save lives from cancer.

So please help us help this great cause by donating at the entry door as you walk into the game! Together we all can make a difference! Thanks so much!!
