On November 18th, EvCC Women’s Baskeball Coach, Chet Hovde, had his 2009-10 season outlook and players to watch loaded onto the NWAACC EvCC Women’s Basketball team page.  This is the outlook he put down.

Good Height; Good Shooters; Good Speed; Good Athletes. Now if we can get good coaching, we should have a good year.

The players he listed as the ones to watch are:Morgan Thomas, Ashley Housden, Anna Work, Mary Ochiltree, Ashley Hagood and Karissa Tri. 

Morgan is a 5’6″ Sophomore Guard from Sultan High School. 

Ashley Housden. is a 6’0″ Sophomore Forward from Lake Stevens High School.

Anna Work is a 5’4″ Freshamn Guard from Lakewood High School.

Mary Ochiltree is a 5’11″ Freshman Guard from Lake Stevens High School.

Ashley Hagood is a 5’7″ Freshman Guard from Shorecrest High School.

Karissa Tri is a 5’9″ Sophomore Guard from Lake Stevens High School.

Good luck to the whole team as they push to be one of the top four teams in the Northern Region and make it back to the NWAACC 2009-2010 Championship Tournament in March 2010.
