April 13th, saw the release of the 4th NWAACC Coaches Poll of the 2009 season for baseball.  Looking over the list, once again the Trojans are holding steady in the number 6 spot for the second poll in a row.  Not only that but four of the top eight teams are from the Northern Region. That shows the competitiveness of the North and how tough it will be to make it to the NWAACC Championship Tournament at the end of the season. The Trojans are doing well so far with a league record of 7-5, they are sitting in 3rd place for the North behind Skagit Valley and Edmonds.  However due to the weather, not all the teams have played the same number of games. Skagit Valley has only played eight league games, while Everett, Edmonds, and Bellevue all have played twelve; Douglas has played 10; and both Shoreline and Olympic have only played six.  All of the teams should be starting to make up the games that have been postponed due to rain and the records should start to even out game wise.

Here is the 4th Coaches Poll
