The Spring Sports seasons for 2009 have started! We wish them all good luck as they represent Trojan Athletics here at Everett CC!

Softball left today for Arizona to participate in the Annual Phoenix CC Spring Classic Invitataional.  They will be playing some of the top teams from the Arizona and surrounding areas.  Unfortunately they will be down one key player – Nena Slocum – as she injured her shoulder and is out 4-6 weeks. 

Baseball leaves for Ontario, OR to participate in the Treasure Valley CC Gentry Ford Tournament this upcoming weekend.  With 8 games under their belt, they look to be a huge powerhouse in the Northern Region as they are sitting 6-2 overall.  Coach Levi Lacey is quite impressed with his team.

Men’s & Women’s Distance Track is off to a great start. The number of runners they have is impressive. They will compete in NWAACC sanctioned track & field meets in the distance races only – no field events, sprints, or hurdles.  Their first meet is scheduled for Saturday 3/21 at the CNW Spring Break Open in Seattle, WA.
