On May 14th, the final 2008 NWAACC Baseball Coaches Poll was released.  At the beginning of the season eight coaches are randomly selected to vote for which teams they think are the top of NWAACC.  These coaches vote anonymously throughout the season at certain intervals listing their top eight teams. The votes are tallied at the NWAACC office and the poll is released.  Listed on the poll are teams that are not considered the top eight, but have received at least one vote on that particular poll, kind of like an honorable mention.  The polls has absolutely no barring on the NWAACC Championship Tournament, it is just an informational item of who the top eight teams in the conference are according to the coaches.

On the final poll there were only 3 chnages from the previous poll.  Columbia Basin College and Linn-Benton CC took over the 6th & 8th spots with Tacoma CC moving up one to 7th.  The top five didn’t change at all.
