Last night, 1/15, the Rangers from Olympic College traveled here to Everett to play the Trojans in a league match-up.

It didn’t start well for the Trojan Men, when in the opening minutes the Rangers went on a 22-5 lead. However, over the course of the 20 minute half the Trojans caught back up going into half time only down 7 points, 35-42. It didn’t help that the Rangers had one player that had a double-double going into half time, with 11 points and 12 rebounds. In the second half the Trojans once again had to play catch-up finally taking the lead with about 3 minutes left on the clock. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to keep the lead losing 82-88. This takes them to 0-3 in league and 5-8 overall. Trojan highs were: Inderbir Gill – 16 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists; David Griffiths – 15 points, 5 rebounds; Jon Moe – 11 points; Louis Hurd – 11 points; Chris Gill – 10 points, 10 rebounds, 2 blocked shots.
